Key Responsibilities

Engage with corporate clients, MNCs, and manufacturing plants across India.

Generate new business opportunities from both new and existing clients.

Regularly follow up with clients to ensure alignment on hiring needs.

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting walk-in drives.

Conduct intake meetings with clients or hiring managers (via call or email) to understand talent gaps and build tailored recruitment plans.

Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates regarding interview status and selection outcomes.
