Job Description

Reverse recruitment - contacting all candidates which come through reverse recruitment and adding them to a tracker.
The role is primarily internal client and candidate facing, so a positive, helpful and can-do attitude, as well as impeccable written and verbal communication skills are a must.
A fantastic entry-level opportunity has arisen within the busy Talent Acquisition Team.
Effectively use a variety of sourcing channels to build a candidate pipeline, including the direct applicant, referral and direct sourcing of passive candidates.
This role would suit someone looking to take his or her first step within HR or Recruitment in a hi-tech or creative environment.
We are looking for a proactive and innovative self-starter HR Professional to interface with the employees internally and delivery teams to build a business confidence on our recruitment solutions.
Screen and present applicants, and move candidates through various stages of global recruiting system.

Desired Candidate Profile

Knowledge and/or experience of recruitment within the sector or business line.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Excellent stakeholder management experience.
