Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Recruitment Process

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating final interviews with hiring managers.

Collaborate with department heads to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and candidate profiles.

Conduct competency-based interviews, assessing candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for the organization.

Maintain candidate records and ensure timely follow-ups with potential hires.
2. Job Posting and Sourcing
-
Advertise job vacancies on various platforms, including job boards, social media, LinkedIn, and company website.

Use sourcing tools like job portals, LinkedIn, and employee referrals to build a strong talent pipeline.

Develop and implement sourcing strategies for various job positions, including senior, mid-level, and entry-level roles.

Maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, colleges, and job fairs to ensure a steady stream of candidates.
3. Screening and Shortlisting Candidates

Review resumes and job applications to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and experience.

Shortlist candidates based on required skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates’ interest, suitability, and availability.

Perform background checks and reference checks for selected candidates to ensure credibility.
4. Interview Coordination

Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Prepare and send interview-related communication, including invitations, agendas, and necessary documentation.

Provide feedback to candidates after interviews and manage expectations throughout the hiring process.

Assist in interview assessments and help hiring managers with evaluation and decision-making.
5. Offer and Onboarding Coordination

Prepare and send offer letters, employment contracts, and other necessary documentation to selected candidates.

Coordinate with candidates to ensure smooth joining formalities, including background checks, reference checks, and document verification.

Facilitate the onboarding process, including arranging necessary training, induction sessions, and resource allocation for new hires.
6. Recruitment Reporting and Analytics

Maintain recruitment reports to track candidate pipelines, time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).

Regularly update recruitment dashboards and provide feedback to the HR team on recruitment metrics.

Suggest process improvements based on analysis of recruitment data and candidate feedback.
7. Candidate Relationship Management

Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, even when no immediate job opportunities are available, to build a strong talent pool for future requirements.

Provide a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication throughout the hiring process.

Act as a brand ambassador for the organization during interactions with candidates, ensuring that the company’s values and culture are effectively communicated.
8. Employer Branding

Contribute to the development and execution of employer branding strategies to attract top talent.

Assist in promoting the company’s culture and work environment through social media, job boards, and company events.

Organize and participate in recruitment-related events such as job fairs, campus recruitment drives, or networking events.
