• Working on recruitment process.

• Sourcing and screening candidates from varius job portals as per the job decription.

• Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions.

• Scheduling and coordinating interviews.

• Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews.

• Following up on the interview process status.

• Maintaining relationships with both clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved. Perks :
