Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive, organized, and people-oriented Recruitment Executive to support the end-to-end hiring process across various departments of our organization. This role will involve sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates, coordinating interviews, managing job portals, and maintaining a smooth and professional candidate experience.
The ideal candidate should be well-versed in recruitment practices, have strong communication and organizational skills, and be capable of handling multiple hiring requirements simultaneously. Prior experience in in-house recruitment, recruitment consultancy, or staffing will be considered an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
1. Understanding Hiring Requirements

Coordinate with hiring managers to gather job descriptions, key skills, experience levels, and expectations.

Analyze job specifications to determine the ideal candidate profiles for each role.

Assist in workforce planning and recruitment forecasting as per business needs.
2. Sourcing & Screening
-
Use various sourcing channels like job portals (Naukri, Monster, Indeed), LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and internal databases to find suitable candidates.

Draft attractive job postings and ensure proper visibility across platforms.

Perform initial screening via phone/video calls to assess communication, technical fit, experience, and interest.

Maintain and update candidate pipelines for current and future job openings.
3. Interview Coordination

Schedule interviews between candidates and internal interviewers or department heads.

Send confirmation emails, follow-up reminders, and updates to all parties.

Ensure a professional and smooth interview process for all candidates.

Collect and document interviewer feedback after each round.
4. Candidate Management

Maintain continuous communication with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Handle candidate queries regarding job roles, salary, benefits, and joining formalities.

Keep shortlisted and waitlisted candidates engaged and informed of next steps.

Ensure rejection communication is handled politely and professionally.
5. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain accurate records of candidate details, interview feedback, offer letters, and hiring statuses.

Update and manage recruitment trackers, spreadsheets, and HRMS/ATS tools (if applicable).

Submit weekly/monthly recruitment reports to the HR Manager or senior management.

Assist in generating recruitment analytics (e.g., source performance, TAT, offer-acceptance ratio).
6. Offer & Onboarding Coordination

Support the offer negotiation process between the candidate and HR/management.

Ensure timely release of offer letters and pre-joining formalities.

Coordinate with the onboarding team for induction, joining documents, and orientation schedules.
7. Employer Branding & Campus Drives (Optional)

Represent the company at job fairs, college placement events, and recruitment expos.

Work on employer branding initiatives like career pages, social media hiring campaigns, and employee referral programs.

Collect and analyze candidate feedback to improve recruitment experiences.
Required Skills & Competencies
Technical & Recruitment Skills:

Good understanding of recruitment tools and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Shine, etc.)

Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or HRMS tools

Basic understanding of employment laws and hiring compliance

Strong MS Excel and documentation skills for reports and data handling
Communication & Interpersonal Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (and regional language, if needed)

Ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders

Professional attitude with negotiation and influencing capabilities

Strong listening skills and attention to detail
Organizational & Time Management:
