This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a passion for talent acquisition, especially for non-IT roles across various business functions. You will play a key role in sourcing, evaluating, and hiring top talent to help the company achieve its goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing & Recruitment:
- Source and attract candidates for non-IT roles, including marketing, sales, finance, operations, HR, customer service, and more.
- Utilize job boards, social media platforms, networking, and direct sourcing to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate screening to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Job Postings & Advertisements:
- Draft and post job descriptions on various job boards, social media, and company websites.
- Ensure that all job descriptions are clear, attractive, and aligned with the company’s brand and culture.
- Candidate Engagement & Interviews:
- Schedule and conduct phone and video interviews for shortlisted candidates.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Advise managers on best recruitment practices, market trends, and candidate expectations.
- Offer Management & Onboarding:
- Prepare job offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates.
- Ensure a smooth and effective onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a great candidate experience.
- Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities, including candidate pipelines, job requisitions, and hiring metrics.
- Regularly report on recruitment progress to HR management and senior leadership.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree (Any)
- 0-3 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on non-IT roles (preferred experience in recruitment for finance, marketing, operations, etc.).
- Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, sourcing tools, and best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of recruitment trends and market insights for non-IT sectors.
- Experience with bulk hiring and volume recruitment.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
