- To interact with candidates about our company and the job profile.
- Scheduled the candidates for direct interview.
- Screen and hire the suitable candidates based on the requirements we have.
- Regular follow up with the candidates till they join.
- To handle the onboard process.
- 6 months of experience in recruitment.
- Good Communication.
- Good reasoning and analytical skill.
