Job Summary: Individual will be responsible for entire hiring process of the company; role includes hiring of fresher and experienced technical/IT candidates on continues basis within TAT.

Job Description:

· Handle entire hiring process and work within TAT

· Identify the current and future manpower requirement by communicating with CEO/CTO/BUH/HR Manager, prepare job description for the same

· Identify, plan & finalize the job boards for hiring within specified budget

· Job posting, CV screening, conducting initial telephonic HR round, candidate shortlisting, interview scheduling

· Coordinate for lined up interviews, conducting Aptitude/Technical Test, assessment of Test papers, taking HR round, coordination for further Technical and director rounds for shortlisted candidates

· Providing feedback for rejected candidates, salary negotiation with selected candidates

· Maintain trackers/reports for hiring

· Manage hiring sources such as portals, consultancies, institutes, etc. Identify other sources for better hiring

· Complete documentation process before joining, ensuring joining of selected candidates

· Conducting BGV’s of candidates internally and through vendors

· Co-ordinating for Onboarding process

· Coordination with HR Manager to perform other HR operational activities

Job Specification:

· 2 - 5 years, relevant experience in recruitment is required, experience into hiring of Infosec / cyber security industry is required

· Bachelors/ Master’s degree required; Technical background is preferable.

· Good aptitude, verbal and written communication is must

· Ability to work strictly within given timeframes
