Job Description
- The intern will perform the role of an end-to-end recruiter.
- Responsibility will include understanding Job description, resourcing, Screening, Qualifying, and submitting resumes based on the hiring manager's needs.
- He/she has to create the candidate pipeline through various recruiting and social networking sites and add resumes to the company's centralized database.
- Ensures that an adequate number of qualified candidates are submitted for all requirements on time.
- Responsible for Interview Coordination, follow-up calls, offer roll-out, and onboarding.
- Should be comfortable to work as an intern for 6 months and based on their performance he/she will be taken on the third-party/full-time payroll.
- Should have the zeal to learn.
