Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing: Collaborate with the recruitment team to source potential candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and professional networks.
- Screening and Shortlisting: Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates, conducting initial screening interviews to assess their suitability for specific roles.
- Interview Coordination: Assist in coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Candidate Engagement: Maintain regular communication with candidates to keep them informed about their application status and provide feedback when necessary.
- Database Management: Update and manage the candidate database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of candidate information.
- Employer Branding: Contribute to building a positive employer brand by assisting in organizing recruitment events and creating engaging content for social media platforms.
- Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor analysis to support the recruitment team in making informed hiring decisions.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.
Requirements:
- Education: A post-graduate degree in Masters in Business Administration specialized in Human Resource Management discipline from a recognized university.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
