Job Description
Duration: 6–8 months (minimum 3 months compulsory)
Stipend: ₹3,000 – ₹7,000 per month
Perks: Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) post 3 months
We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Recruitment Interns to join our team at Headsup Corporation. This role offers hands-on exposure to the end-to-end recruitment process and is ideal for individuals who wish to restart their career or gain practical experience in talent acquisition.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities-
Assist the recruitment team in sourcing and screening candidates through various job portals (especially Naukri)

Shortlist resumes based on job descriptions and coordinate interview schedules

Conduct initial telephonic screening of candidates and maintain candidate databases

Support end-to-end recruitment processes, from requirement understanding to candidate onboarding

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth communication and timely hiring

Contribute to recruitment-related reports and daily progress trackers

Prior recruitment experience (internship or full-time) is mandatory

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Familiarity with sourcing through Naukri and other job platforms

Eagerness to learn and build a long-term career in talent acquisition

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
