About the internship

As an English-proficient candidate, you will have the opportunity to enhance your spoken and written skills while gaining hands-on experience in the recruitment process. Your proficiency in MS-Excel and MS-Office will be put to good use as you assist our team in sourcing and selecting talented individuals to join our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support recruiters in screening and shortlisting potential candidates based on job requirements.
2. Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' suitability for various roles.
3. Assist in organizing and coordinating recruitment events, including job fairs and campus visits.
4. Update and maintain our recruitment database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
5. Prepare employment contracts and offer letters for selected candidates.
6. Collaborate with team members to create engaging job descriptions and postings.
7. Conduct reference checks and background screenings to ensure candidate suitability.
