Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work with the recruiting team members to develop, implement, and execute hiring strategy
2. Learn a full-cycle recruiting process
3. Source passive candidates through research, internal and external networking and direct outreach
4. Screen and qualify prospective candidates
5. Become the expert on where and how to attract top talent
6. Engage, screen and interview potential staff
7. Facilitate the interview process and hiring discussions with hiring managers
8. Input, update, and maintain, recruitment data and records using applicant tracking systems
