Job Description
1. Drive complete recruitment life cycle for sales, operations, marketing, and other non-tech roles, from sourcing to onboarding
2. Work on indirect vendor partner performance including sourcing of new partners
3. Maintain talent acquisition dashboards
4. Drive employer branding projects
5. Partner business heads in understanding talent forecasts and create an internal and external bench
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 7th Apr'21 and 12th May'21
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
1. 2-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, especially in a high growth environment will be preferred
2. Demonstrated history of implementing TA initiatives like branding, campus relations, etc. will be an added advantage
3. Exposure to partnering business as a talent manager will be preferred
4. Graduation degree required
Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 3 to 5 Lac/annum
