About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Communicate with clients to get a clear view of their hiring needs and organizational goals
2. Research into client's company
3. Communicate with clients to determine their hiring needs
4. Develop and implement strategies based on client's needs
5. Research into competitors and marketplace
6. Define job description and document specifications
7. Identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels
8. Create a candidate persona for each open position
