About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Communicate with clients to get a clear view of their hiring needs and organizational goals
2. Research into clients company
3. Research into competitors and marketplace
4. Define job description and document specifications
5. Identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels
6. Create a candidate persona for each open position
7. Conduct confidential interviews
8. Follow-up references and check credits
9. Present shortlisted candidates
10. Present detailed candidate profile summaries
11. Build long-term client relationships
12. Research and develop recruiting leads
13. Develop a sustainable candidate lead strategy
14. Advise clients on best-recruiting practices
