Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Handling end-to-end recruitment for sub-contractual as well as permanent positions
2. Conducting interviews for levels of junior/middle management
3. Scheduling interviews of candidates and keeping continuous follow-up for feedback
4. Handling salary negotiation and follow-ups with candidates pre and post-joining
5. Maintaining the daily tracker
6. Generating CV pool through job portals, references, etc.
7. Screening CVs and working on the validation of candidates
