About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Identify and map potential candidates for critical Clinical positions at Apollo O & I nationwide
2. Create and maintain a database of Medical PG Seats, mapped Hospitals, and Referral contacts
3. Build and manage a network of potential Consultant Oncologists through proactive market research and relationship management
4. Ensure Interview Evaluation Forms are completed by the Interviewing Panel for each candidate
5. Ensure Resource Requisition Forms are signed/approved by stakeholders and collected during open position discussions
6. Collect Reference Check Forms for selected/finalized candidates
7. Aim to achieve 90% of recruits from direct sourcing channels, including social media, career portals, Job Boards, and Referrals
8. Develop and implement strategies to enhance direct sourcing effectiveness
9. Establish and maintain relationships with potential candidates and stakeholders
10. Engage in ongoing relationship management activities to build a talent pipeline
11. Generate regular reports on talent mapping, database updates, and direct sourcing effectiveness
12. Analyze data to identify trends and improve recruitment strategies
13. Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and requirements
14. Coordinate recruitment efforts with other departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals
15. Identify areas for improvement in recruitment processes and strategies
16. Implement enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
