Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interviewers to ensure efficient and timely interview processes
2. Responsible for coordinating across different time zones and managing any changes or rescheduling that might occur
3. Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates on candidature status and interview details
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in our applicant tracking system (ATS) and other relevant databases
5. Gather feedback from candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers to continuously improve our recruitment processes
6. Follow up with interviewers to update their feedback on time on the ATS
7. Engage with candidates post-offer acceptance until their date of joining
