                Job Description
    Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct online research on job boards, LinkedIn, and similar platforms to identify potential IT candidates
2. Utilize Boolean search techniques to locate relevant profiles effectively
3. Establish and manage a database of potential candidates
4. Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates
5. Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate suitability
6. Assist in arranging interviews with hiring managers
7. Coordinate interview schedules and maintain calendars
8. Manage candidate communication to ensure a positive experience
9. Maintain candidate records and update the applicant tracking system (ATS)
10. Stay updated on IT industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor information
11. Offer insights to the team regarding the IT talent landscape
