Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Understand the company and the value proposition in-depth work towards sourcing candidates for the company
2. Be part of the hiring for the growth marketing function
3. Source profiles for senior, and mid-senior level positions and own the end-to-end hiring process which includes sourcing, screening, scheduling, closing & onboarding for the candidates
