Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
Responsibilities:
Sourcing and Screening:
Assist in sourcing potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
Interview Coordination:
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Participate in interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
Database Management:
Maintain and update candidate databases with accurate and relevant information.
Job Posting:
Draft compelling and accurate job descriptions for open positions.
Post job openings on relevant job boards and our company careers page.
Engage with potential candidates and promote the organization as an employer of choice.
Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with the HR team to understand hiring needs and priorities.
Provide assistance in various HR-related tasks and projects.
Learning and Development:
Actively seek opportunities for professional development and learning within the recruitment field.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
