Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing potential candidates through various channels
2. Conduct initial screenings and interviews with candidates to assess their qualifications
3. Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates regarding next steps
4. Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports using MS-Excel.
5. Assist in creating job postings and marketing materials to attract top talent
6. Support the recruitment team in various administrative tasks and projects
7. Contribute creative ideas and innovative approaches to improve the recruitment process
