Job Description:
As a Recruitment Officer, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for overseas positions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Sourcing Candidates:
- Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks to identify potential candidates.
- Actively source and engage with passive candidates.
- Screening and Shortlisting:
- Review resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and suitability for specific roles.
- Conduct initial phone or video interviews to screen candidates and gather more information.
- Candidate Assessment:
- Administer aptitude tests and conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, knowledge, and cultural fit.
- Provide feedback to candidates on their performance and offer guidance on improving their job search.
- Client Coordination:
- Liaise with clients to understand their specific hiring needs and requirements.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on the recruitment process and candidate status.
- Documentation and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant immigration and employment laws and regulations.
- Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate documentation.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the overseas recruitment sector.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
