Job Description:

As a Recruitment Officer, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for overseas positions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Sourcing Candidates:
    • Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks to identify potential candidates.
    • Actively source and engage with passive candidates.
  • Screening and Shortlisting:
    • Review resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and suitability for specific roles.
    • Conduct initial phone or video interviews to screen candidates and gather more information.
  • Candidate Assessment:
    • Administer aptitude tests and conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, knowledge, and cultural fit.
    • Provide feedback to candidates on their performance and offer guidance on improving their job search.
  • Client Coordination:
    • Liaise with clients to understand their specific hiring needs and requirements.
    • Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on the recruitment process and candidate status.
  • Documentation and Compliance:
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant immigration and employment laws and regulations.
    • Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate documentation.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the overseas recruitment sector. 
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools and software.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
