Job Description

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes, communicating with candidates and collecting details
2. Support the ops team in maintaining records and ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
3. Act as a POC for candidates and coach them for subsequent rounds
4. Send campaigns using email marketing tools to collect details, disseminate information, and align expectations with all candidates
5. Project manage the entire flow from application to selection and coordinate with multiple stakeholders to resolve any blockers that arise
