Job Description
As a Recruitment Ops Executive, your primary responsibility would be to:
- Handle the end to end process of hiring, including calling potential candidates, coordinating with internal teams for scheduling interviews, etc.
- We will provide training to enable you to succeed in this role
- This role has very high visibility within the company, and the CEO looks into this directly
Annual CTC:
Rs 1.8 LPA (Cash-in-hand approx. Rs 12k/Month)
Job Location:
Bangalore / Bengaluru

- The office timings are 9 am to 7 pm with no work beyond that and only 5 days working (Monday to Friday)

Our Requirements:
- 0-2 years of experience in voice process role
- Basic IT skills

- Good communication (Written and verbal)
- Ability to follow processes

- Fast learner
Process:
- Once shortlisted, you will be called for the hiring process
- There will be a written test and an interview process
- Candidates clearing both rounds will be considered for the job role with the company
