Work timings: Regular India working hours, but flexibility is expected when needed
Work Location: Should be willing to work from any facility in the work location
Brief description :
- Identify and develop client business/relationships with multiple verticals likewise Ops, support functions, and technology in India.
- Source high- caliber candidates from various digital channels including job advertising, market mapping, headhunting, referral network, Job Portals and Internal job postings. etc.
- Manage the recruitment process from interview to offer stage and beyond. That includes sourcing and interviewing candidates, negotiating salary packages and presenting suitable candidates to HM’s.
- Preparation of industry/sector analysis and mapping for specific clients as a deliverable online of specialization
- Reports and weekly connects with HOP’s and HM’s for better visibility on hiring.
- Follow a systematic screening process of prospective candidates and provide insights to the hiring manager.
- Seamless onboarding
- Managing the complete IJP
- Adhering to the Timelines of Hiring and thus by keeping high business satisfaction.
- Manage pre and post-offer process and should communicate progress to the hiring managers and candidates regularly.
- Participate in process improvement efforts for continued business satisfaction and contribute to the team and process success by sharing ideas, recruitment best practices.
- Maintains accurate recruiting records and documentation and applicant records for the statutory requirement of the applicants.
- Driving and Designing Diversity hiring.
- Cost Analysis
- Part of weekly calls to understand the organization changes and achievements
- Part of driving Engagements activates for the org-wide.
Preferred Skills Required:
- Strong understanding of recruiting and sourcing processes and organization and tools
- Good understanding of pipeline management and yield analysis
- Understanding of selling messages for each organization
- Good understanding of the external marketplace or trends
- Basic understanding of recruiting resource and marketing plan
- Good team player
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Great research, Organizing and learning skill
- High Comprehension of Effectively use Job Portals/ Networking & Referrals:
- Use Job boards (Naukri, Times jobs, Monster), Linked In and other professional websites effectively.
- Create and maintain productive relationships; effectively network with candidates.
- Hands on job postings, use of mass mailing, downloads in excel etc
