Responsibilities:
- Handling the complete recruitment cycle.
- Understand the requirement, hiring needs and shortlisting candidates based on skills, compensation, and Location.
- Sourcing through different job portals, Internal database & social media.
Minimum Criteria to Apply
- Undergraduate Degree (B. Com/BBA/BA/BSc/B.E/B. Tech/ PG Diploma etc)
- Good Communication Skills
- 60% and above with no backlogs
Job location: Marathahalli, Bengaluru
Start Date: 4th July 2022
A separate agreement would be required to sign off on the minimum commitment of Working with Onward for continuous 2 Years 6 Months. This is mandatory as there would be a rigorous training on Tools/Techniques/Projects which would be imparted to the selected candidates to execute the assignment assigned.
