Job Description
1. Troubleshooting of Central AC Plant (Reciprocating 5H40,5H66, 5H86, DX Type, Chilled water type), Packaged AC System, Panel AC, FDV and other HVAC equipment.
2. Preventive maintenance of Central AC Plants.
3. Service report and PM checklist submission after work completion.
4. Complaints handling as per SLA time frame.
5. Following industrial safety and procedure.
Facility:
1. EPF, ESI, Bonus (yearly), Leave payment (Yearly) and other incentives and allowances.
2. Timely payment between date 07th to 10th of every month.
3. Dress, Safety shoes and other PPE's.
