Job Description
Strategic Growth: Develop and execute regional business plans aimed at increasing revenue, market share, and profitability.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor local managers and staff (such as Area Managers or Sales Representatives) to foster a high-performance culture.
Performance Management: Monitor regional KPIs, analyze sales data, and conduct regular site visits to ensure operational excellence and compliance with company standards.
Financial Oversight: Prepare and manage regional budgets, forecasts, and profit-and-loss (P&L) statements to maintain financial health.
