1. Apprentice Training Programme in Microbiology 

No. of Seats : 4 

Qualification : MSc Microbiology / MSc MLT from Kerala University or from any other University recognized by Kerala University 

Stipend : Rs. 8,000/- (Rupees Eight thousand only) per month

2. Apprentice Training Programme in Library & Information Science

No. of Seats : 1 

Qualification : Graduation in Library and Information Science

Stipend : Rs. 7,000/- (Rupees Seven thousand only) per month

3. Apprentice Trainees in Operation Theatre Technician (Anaesthesia)

No. of Seats : 2 

Qualification : Diploma in Operation Theatre Technology (Anaesthesia) from an institution recognized by the DME Kerala

Stipend : Rs. 7,000/- (Rupees seven thousand only) per month

4. Advanced Training in Clinical Laboratary Technology

No. of seats : 4 

Qualification : I or II Class BSc. Degree in the Life Sciences/Zoology/Botany/Biochemistry/Chemistry (from an institution recognized by the University of Kerala) and DMLT (from an institution recognized by the DME Kerala) OR I or II Class BSc MLT Degree (from an institution recognized by the KUHS)

Stipend : Rs. 7000/-(Rupees Seven Thousand Only) per month

5. Advanced Training in Blood Banking and Transfusion Technology

No. of Seats : 2 

Qualification : I or II Class BSc Degree in Life sciences/Zoology/Botany (from an institution recognized by the University of Kerala) and DMLT (from an institution recognized by the DME Kerala) ORI or II Class BSc MLT Degree ( from an institution recognized by the KUHS)

Stipend : Rs. 7000/-(Rupees Seven Thousand Only) per month.

6. Quality Excellence Programme in Pathology

No. of Seats : 3

Qualification : BSc (MLT) from a University recognized by the Kerala University or with BSc with DMLT

Stipend : Rs. 7000/-(Rupees Seven Thousand Only) per month.

7. Apprenticeship Training Programme in Dietetics

No. of Seats : 3

Qualification : MSc in Nutrition & Dietetics  OR  Post Graduate Diploma in Nutrition & Dietetics 

Stipend : Rs. 8,000/-(Rupees Eight Thousand Only) per month

Upper Age Limit for 1,3,4,5,6 & 7 above are 35 years and for 2 is 30 years as on 01/01/2016.

Application Fee : DD for Rs. 300/- (Rs.150/- for SC/ST candidates) drawn in favour of the Director, Regional Cancer Centre payable at Thiruvananthapuram.
