Job Description
Co-ordinate with dealerships for maintenance, repairs and contracts
Negotiating annual maintenance contracts and renewing on-time
Maintenance – Service & accident - Test vehicle maintenance,
accident repairs which includes track routine service, any other
service-related jobs such as fueling, breakdowns, running repairs,
etc.
Compliance & documentation: Test Vehicle documents tracking
and renewal which are required to ply on road as per the
government regulations – PUC, insurance, etc.
Records – Maintain records of the vehicle’s services, inspections.
Communication and Co-ordination – Good communication skills
are required for co-ordinate with cross functional team members,
drivers and dealers.
Experience – Should have knowledge about ICE and electric
vehicles, software systems used in automotive industry.
Should have basic knowledge on MS office, especially excel,
power point and word.
Inventory – track the various equipment available for testing, spare
parts stocked if any.
Event management: schedule, arrange, maintain, and action the
training program.
Analize the requirements of training and work with the IT team to
develop training modules and data.
