Position: Regional Manager

Experience: 6 to 10 years in sales & marketing (Concept or intangible product selling experience shall be more preferable).

Qualification: Any graduate or Post Graduate.

Key skill: Good communication & convincing skill, team handling ability, Basic computer knowledge.

Salary: 25000 to 35000 (INR per month)+Fuel+ Incentive

 Job Responsibilities:

1.       Search Prospective customers , Devise effective territory sales and marketing strategies

2.       Cold calling and follow ups. Analyze data to find the most efficient sales methods

3.       Client visit , company and service presentation

4.       Team handling. Participate in industry or promotional events (e.g. trade shows) to cultivate customer relationships. Monitor competition within assigned region

5.       Prepare and submit reports to the Sales Director Reports and review.

Required skill:

        I.            Proven experience as a Territory Manager

      II.            Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue; field sales experience is preferred

   III.            Ability to develop sales strategies and use performance KPIs.

    IV.            Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with Sales force is a plus.

       V.            Excellent communication skills, Organizational and leadership ability, Problem-solving aptitude
