Regional Manager, Business Development
Job Description :
- Unique opportunity to work in with a thought leader in a fast-growing sector
- Work with the top management and understand end-to-end business decision making
- Own and drive the B2B sales pipeline in West India for selling enParadigm’s
- learning interventions to CEOs, MDs, Head HRs, and Heads of Learning &
- Development of corporations
- Engage with clients, understand their requirements and showcase how enParadigm’s programs can fulfil their learning needs
- Follow-up with leads and convert to sales
- Proactively contact clients for future business opportunities and future pipeline
- Prepare and present impressive client pitches for a premium and uniquely positioned corporate education brand
- Interface with the product development team to create learning program designs based on client requirements
Candidate Profile :
- Is an MBA from a premier business school with 2+ years of work experience in B2B, professional services sales
- Understands the work life and needs of senior and top management – CXOs, VPs, Head HRs
- Can communicate with clients at this level (possesses excellent all-round English communications: face-to-face, telephonic and written)
- – Is passionate about helping CXOs and business owners with their pain points and co-creating learning solutions
- We are looking for a smart, driven individual we can talk-to/argue/collaboratewith, on an equal basis.

Salary and Perks : INR 9 lakhs + performance incentives
