Job Description
- Handling a distribution network of the company in the assigned territory. • Managing a distributors sales team.
- Managing primary sales in the assigned territory, as per target & also expand the dealers network of the Organization.
- Generating MIS / data base on the sales trend, schemes etc w.r.t. Company.
- Organizing and implementing customer awareness programs/product Shows. • Coordinating the after sales service with the customers and the technical services associate.
- Responsible for New Business Development via prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing industrial paints products (Thinner,solvents ) / services
- Sell a full range of industrial paints products, supplies and services; requires consultative-selling skills
- Manage client relationship through all phases of the sales cycle
- Provide a consultative solutions sales process to prospects
- Conducts one-on-one and group sales presentations
- Provide account management to an existing territory
- Responsible for tracking customer information, forecasts and reports
- Develop and maintain prospect and customer list based on strategic marketing data and other sources for sales leads in our CRM syste
- Company Profile : Manufacturing ( Metals & Chemicals , solvents, wood finishes, paint & Putty and products thereof )
