· 5+ years of relevant RSM experience in Seed industry/Fertilizers & Pesticides
· Proficient with Microsoft Office/Power point presentation/Good Computer knowledge/Online ERP System
· Proficient with English/Hindi/Telugu/Related Designated Zone
· History of success in building a regional market
· Natural leader with proven management skills
· Experience forecasting sales and building a customer base
· Flexible schedule and able to travel
