Job Summary

  • Ujjivan is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to help lead its sales efforts.
  •  The Sales Manager will work closely with the Head of Sales in their region to grow sales in their market.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team of sales leads in their market and will be responsible to guide and coach them to success and to help them achieve their individual quotas.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Lead a team of Sales professionals in day to day activity including building tours, sales forecasting, pipeline management to ensure member satisfaction
  • Highly target driven with strong ability to manage, nurture a stellar team of sales leads to scale business.
  • Motivate, Assist and coach team members, and drive them towards over-achieving their goals
  • Develop and implement best practices in their market to maximize lead generation, prospecting, pipeline creation and conversion rates across industries
  • To establish a business from the start including distribution network, Sales & Team Management.
  • Get 100% timely execution of organization's policy & monitor processes & deliver results.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

  • Candidate currently working as Branch Head for at least 3-4 years should have the potential of managing the branch banking with good book size.
  • Must have good team handling experience, and interest towards leading of 8-10 branches approx.
  • Field oriented person , but should be able to track MIS and do course corrections as required
  • Ability to quote instances of having driven sales achievements and his/her active role in the same
  • Should have complete understanding of expectations about his role.
  • Ability to develop business strategy (markets, locations, people, sales, agencies) and implement the same to meet business goals and should have aggressive sales approach.
  • Self-driven with high level of integrity, Possession and regimented.

  • Branch Banking: 3 years
