Job Summary:
The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for leading the sales efforts across a defined geographical region to achieve or exceed sales targets, grow market share, and build strong customer relationships. This leadership role involves managing a team of sales executives, developing and executing sales strategies, and coordinating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
The RSM acts as the primary sales representative for the region, driving revenue through new customer acquisition, expanding business with existing clients, and monitoring market trends. Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy and Planning
