The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and building strong relationships with existing clients. Key Responsibilities:1. Sales Strategy and Planning:- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.- Conduct market research and analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities.2. Team Management:- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets.- Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to enhance team performance.3. Education:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field or any Graduate.2. Experience:- Minimum 10 years of sales management experience in a similar industry.- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.3. Skills:- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.Distributor Handling, Distributor Appoint, Team management, Strategic Planning, Nice to Have:1.
