Position Overview
The primary responsibility is to support sales with technical skills and provide technical knowledge around Radware solutions to end customers/partners. To be effective, we require excellent technical skills and prior knowledge on both Radware products and ecosystem.
As a part of the technical sales team, you will work with a team of Account Managers, Channel Partners, Integrators and End-users to drive sales and derive customer satisfaction.

The primary responsibility is to support sales with technical skills and provide technical knowledge around Radware solutions to end customers/partners. To be effective, we require excellent technical skills and prior knowledge on both Radware products and ecosystem.
As a part of the technical sales team, you will work with a team of Account Managers, Channel Partners, Integrators and End-users to drive sales and derive customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities, understand business problems, and translate them into technical solutions
- Provide solution design and configuration best practice to customers. Articulate the advantage of Radware’s solution against competition
- Work independently as well as with a team to coordinate and demonstrate solutions and trade shows.
- Participate in the development and support of content (presentations, WP’s) for customers and partners
- Stay updated on network security trends, especially in the area of perimeter security and DoS mitigation, application, and cloud security
- Stay up to date on technology trends; especially in the field of application architecture, micro services, cloud application delivery, next generation virtualization, and virtual runtime technology
- Be the voice of the customer and own the process of helping Radware enhance its solution
- Deliver technical overviews and informal sales training tools to channel partners, VARs, integrators, and end-users
- Significant travel can be expected at times and may vary by sales territory/region
- 10-15 years of pre-sales / post sales technical experience in the networking sector
- Must have field pre-sales experience with Indian & enterprise customers
- Must have experience with competitive product analysis and positioning of the product according to customer requirement
- Must have at least 5 years recent experience as a Pre-sales/Sales Engineer
- Experience in understanding data networking, L4-L7 technologies, security solutions, switching and routing, IPv6, TCP/IP, application layer protocols such as Diameter/DNS/SIP and AAA, firewall/IPS and DOS, data centre architectures, data centre design capability, and strong troubleshooting skills in TCP/IP stack
- Understanding data centre virtualization technologies
- Proven technical presentation skills to stakeholders such as Technology Heads, CTOs, CIOs and CISO
- Should have leadership initiative and a willingness to learn new technology
- Experience in liaising with existing clients and exploring new opportunities
- Preparing tenders, proposals and quotations
- Providing product education and advice to partners and clients
