Job Summary:
We are looking for a Registered Pharmacist with a valid license from the Maharashtra State Pharmacy Council to manage day-to-day operations at our medical store in Chembur. The ideal candidate should be a professional, reliable individual with prior experience in handling a pharmacy or medical store independently. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and customer service orientation are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Dispense prescription and over-the-counter medications accurately and responsibly.

Review and interpret prescriptions to ensure accuracy and legality.

Provide information to patients about dosage, usage, potential side effects, and drug interactions.

Maintain stock levels, place orders, and manage inventory to prevent shortages or expiry.

Ensure proper storage of medicines as per regulations (temperature, humidity, etc.).

Maintain accurate records of all medications sold or dispensed.

Handle billing and ensure proper documentation as per local laws.

Stay up to date with the latest medications, pharmacy laws, and safety guidelines.

Coordinate with doctors, healthcare professionals, and suppliers when required.

Supervise store assistants or junior staff (if applicable).

Ensure cleanliness and compliance with health and safety standards at all times.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Must have a valid Registered Pharmacist license issued by the Maharashtra State Pharmacy Council (MSPC).

Minimum years of experience in operating or managing a medical store/pharmacy prefer.

Sound knowledge of pharmaceutical drugs, generics, and scheduling (H, H1, X etc.).

Familiarity with prescription handling, inventory control, and billing software.

Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

Ability to manage the store independently and take accountability.

High level of professionalism, honesty, and attention to detail.
