Job Description
Job Profile: Registrar / Senior Registrar
Collect, record, and maintain patient information, such as medical histories, reports, and examination results
Perform normal/ LSCS procedures or other surgical procedures as needed
Collect medical information from patients, family members, or other medical professionals
Record patient medical histories
Monitor patients' conditions and progress and re-evaluate treatments as necessary
Monitor patient progress or responses to treatments.
To check the medication and other documentation errors by RMOs/Registrars and provide counselling as required
Supervise the work of RMO/ Registrar in the department
To oversee all pre & post-operative patients in the GOT for clinical evaluation and document the same
