Qualification: 1. A Master's Degree from a recognized University or its equivalent with uniformly good academic record. 2 Fifteen years of experience in high level administration in an University / Research Institution or Government or Quasi Government or any reputed Organisation or Civil/Military service.

DQ : Should have a strong background in administration and management in a senior position and possess substantial general management experience. Work experience in a Legal institution. A Doctorate degree or published research work of merit.

The appointment shall be made subject to the result of the pending appeal filed by erstwhile Registrar before the Hon'ble High Court.
