Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell credit cards to customers through field sales, telecalling, or in-branch sales.
Explain credit card features, benefits, and offers to potential customers.
Identify and approach new customers through leads, references, and direct outreach.
Assist customers in filling out applications and verifying required documents.
Ensure a smooth application and approval process by coordinating with the banking team.
Meet and exceed sales targets and monthly KPIs.
Maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
Stay updated on latest credit card products, promotions, and banking regulations.

Skills and Qualifications:

10th/12th.
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Basic knowledge of financial products and banking services is a plus.
