Work Timings
Fixed Day Shift: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Rotational Week Offs: Sunday Fixed + 2nd & 4th Saturday (Total 6 offs/month)
Job Overview
A Relationship Executive in outbound lead generation is responsible for promoting and selling banking products such as Personal Loans (PL), Home Loans (HL), Investment & Insurance Products (IPG), Credit Cards (CC), Customer Value Management (CVM), and Relationship Acquisition (RA). The role involves calling potential customers, generating qualified leads, building strong customer relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.
This is a target-driven role requiring excellent communication, product knowledge, and sales negotiation skills. The Relationship Executive acts as a link between the bank and the customers, ensuring customer satisfaction while maximizing revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Outbound Lead Generation & Prospecting

Make outbound calls to potential customers from the bank’s leads database or through cold calling.

Pitch relevant banking products based on the customer’s profile and financial needs.

Explain the benefits, features, and eligibility criteria of products like PL, HL, IPG, CC, CVM, and RA.

Generate qualified leads and hand them over to the field sales team for further conversion if required.

Maintain a high call volume daily to maximize outreach.
2. Sales & Conversion

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for assigned banking products.

Persuade customers to purchase products by highlighting benefits, offers, and personalized solutions.

Manage objections effectively and provide accurate information to gain customer trust.

Upsell and cross-sell relevant products to existing customers based on their needs and credit history.

Ensure high lead-to-conversion ratios through persistent follow-ups.
3. Product Knowledge & Customer Consultation

Stay updated on banking products, interest rates, policies, and promotional offers.

Understand the customer’s financial situation and recommend suitable products accordingly.

Explain loan eligibility criteria, repayment plans, credit card benefits, and investment opportunities.

Handle customer queries and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
4. Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.

Act as a trusted advisor, helping customers make informed financial decisions.

Manage follow-up calls to nurture customer interest and improve retention rates.

Provide after-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
5. Data Management & Reporting

Maintain accurate call records, lead databases, and follow-up schedules.

Update CRM systems with lead status and customer interactions regularly.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue contributions.

Share performance updates with the Team Leader / Sales Manager.

As a Relationship Executive, you will focus on multiple banking products, including:

PL (Personal Loans): Assist customers in availing unsecured personal loans at competitive rates.

HL (Home Loans): Guide customers through home loan eligibility, EMI structures, and documentation.

IPG (Insurance & Investment Products): Promote life insurance, health plans, mutual funds, and other wealth management solutions.

CC (Credit Cards): Pitch credit card features, rewards, and benefits to eligible customers.

CVM (Customer Value Management): Maximize customer lifetime value by providing bundled offers and tailored solutions.

RA (Relationship Acquisition): Build a new customer base by targeting untapped segments.
