OKSY IT Solutions is hiring a Relationship Executive for our esteemed client based in Kasaragod, Thalangara. We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated individual to join the team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing insured patients and supporting the claim process in a hospital setting. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, good computer knowledge, and the ability to handle patient relations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle insured patients and assist in the claim process.
- Coordinate with patients, insurance companies, and hospital staff to ensure smooth processing of claims.
- Act as the main point of contact for patients regarding insurance queries and claim updates.
- Maintain accurate patient records and track the status of claims.
- Provide information to patients regarding hospital policies, insurance terms, and the claim process.
- Ensure timely follow-up on claim submissions, approvals, and reimbursements.
- Collaborate with the hospital administration and other departments to streamline operations related to insurance claims.
- Maintain a professional relationship with patients and ensure a positive experience.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Gender: Male candidates only.
- Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferred Diploma in Hospital Administration).
- Experience: Fresher
- Skills:
- Strong communication skills .
- Good computer knowledge.
- Ability to manage patient relationships professionally and empathetically.
- Problem-solving skills with a focus on patient satisfaction.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Other Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
