Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Relationship Executive to manage and grow client relationships, assist in sales activities, and provide after-sales support. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between the company and its customers, ensuring a smooth and satisfying client experience. Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

Serve as the first point of contact for client queries, feedback, and requests.

Conduct regular follow-ups via calls, emails, or in-person visits to ensure customer satisfaction.
2. Sales Support:

Understand client needs and recommend suitable products or services.

Assist the sales team in converting leads into long-term customers.

Share information on ongoing offers, promotions, or product updates.
3. Onboarding and Documentation:

Guide customers through account setup, documentation, or order processing.

Ensure proper records are maintained, and paperwork is complete and compliant.

Coordinate with internal departments (operations, accounts, logistics) to fulfill customer requirements.
4. After-Sales Service:

Provide support for post-purchase issues including service scheduling, complaints, or replacements.

5. Reporting and Communication:
