Job Description
- Should have experience in direct sourcing and also work with DSAs, worked for Unsecured business loans and LAP. Experience between 3-8 years.
- Should have field sales experience and good communication skills.
- Building and maintaining healthy business relations with customer, enhancing customer satisfaction & securing repeat business.
- To penetrate all targeted key accounts and originate upselling opportunities.
- Ensure adherence to sales processes and requirements.
- Tie up with DSAs & networking skills for achieving Sales.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation techniques.
- Identify potential clients and approach them to explain the financial products and services offered by the Company. Persuade them to avail of these services.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs, addressing their concerns, and providing appropriate solutions.
- Possess in-depth knowledge about the NBFC's products and services, including various loan products, interest rates, repayment terms, and eligibility criteria.
- Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company. Develop and implement strategies to achieve these targets effectively.
