Job Description
1. Achieving stretched targets in a result-focused environment
2. Preparing pre-sales proposals for prospective clients
3. Delivering inspiring sales presentations to convert prospects to successful sales
4. Handling objections and resolving member/ customer conflicts by constantly connecting with them through member meetings
5. Identifying potential customers and new business opportunities
6. Building and maintaining strong client relationship and high level of customer service
7. Being updated on new products and services
8. Provide necessary support in booking first time holiday for new members and generate quality referrals from them
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Acquisition:

Identify and approach potential customers through cold calling, networking, referrals, and field visits.

Conduct meetings and presentations to promote the company’s products and services.

Understand customer requirements and offer tailored solutions to meet their financial needs.

Explain product features, benefits, and terms clearly to potential clients.
2. Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.

Provide exceptional service to existing clients to ensure retention and referrals.

Conduct regular follow-ups to understand customers’ evolving financial needs and suggest suitable upgrades or cross-sell opportunities.

Serve as a single point of contact for customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support.
3. Sales and Target Achievement:

Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in line with business goals.

Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to ensure consistent performance.

Track sales performance using CRM tools and report progress to the sales manager.

Actively participate in sales campaigns, promotional events, and market outreach activities.
4. Market Research and Feedback:

Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve offerings and service delivery.

Suggest improvements in sales strategy or product positioning based on field insights.
5. Documentation and Compliance:

Ensure all customer applications, contracts, and documentation are complete and accurate.

Maintain proper records of client interactions, transactions, and sales efforts.

Adhere to company policies and regulatory guidelines, including KYC (Know Your Customer), AML (Anti-Money Laundering), and data privacy requirements.

Coordinate with internal departments such as operations, legal, and finance to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
