Urgent Hiring Relationship Manager In Insurance sector for Direct Channel

Location – Kolkata

CTC- 3.50 Lac to 5.5 Lac

Position Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Manager to join our team in the Direct Channel Sales Division of the Insurance Sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, driving sales of insurance products, and ensuring excellent service delivery. This is a frontline sales role involving direct interaction with customers and is critical in achieving the organization’s business objectives in a highly competitive and fast-paced market.

The Direct Channel involves selling insurance products (Life/Health/General) directly to customers through walk-ins, leads generated via digital marketing, referrals, or branch visits, without the involvement of third-party intermediaries such as agents or brokers. As a Relationship Manager, you will be expected to understand customer needs, recommend suitable insurance solutions, and ensure long-term customer engagement.

Role and responsibilities

Achieve assigned business targets within specified timelines.

Acquire new customers through field sales and relationship management.

Ensure timely policy issuance by resolving pending cases and documentation

Collaborate with supervisor for joint field work and client meetings.

Develop and execute short-term and long-term sales plans to meet objectives .

Drive sales and achieve targets by building relationship with Existing Customers.

Cross Selling/Reference Selling opportunities.

Ensure Renewal is collected to keep every policy live.

Generating References through every customer interaction.

Required Candidate profile :

Hiring for well-known life insurance company .

Minimum 1year exp in Agency or Direct Channel in any Life insurance company .

Graduate must
